Protecting The Vulnerable

If a person has become incapable of managing their affairs due to mental incapacity before they have been able to complete a lasting Power of Attorney , their financial affairs will still need to be dealt with. This will involve making an application to the Court of Protection to appoint someone a Deputy.

We provide advice and assistance in dealing with the application including completing the forms and dealing with the court office for a fixed fee of £850.00 plus VAT. There will be a fee payable to the court in addition to this sum.

If you wish to discuss how we can help please either use our contact form or phone one of the above numbers for an appointment
