| Chalet sale or purchase | £995.00 plus VAT and disbursements |
| Telegraphic Transfer Fee | £30.00 plus VAT |
| Stamp Duty Form Fee | £75.00 plus VAT |
| Help to Buy ISA Fee | £50.00 plus VAT |
| Lifetime ISA Fee | £100.00 plus VAT |
| Declaration of Trust | £150.00 plus VAT |

Disbursements are third party costs, which are subject to change however, usual disbursements include:

| Land Registry Fee | £20.00-£910.00 (depending on property value) |
| Telegraphic Transfer Fee | £30.00 plus VAT |
| Stamp Duty | You can calculate the amount using HMRC’s website or if the property is located in Wales by using the Welsh Revenue Authority’s website. |

POWER OF ATTORNEY COST

| Two LPAs | £450.00 plus VAT and disbursements |

PROBATE COSTS
| Obtaining probate | £500.00 plus VAT and disbursements |
| Obtaining probate and completing IHT400 Form | £900.00 plus VAT and disbursements |
| Obtaining probate and distributing estate | £180.00 per hour plus VAT and disbursements * |
| Where Chamberlins are not the executors of the Will | 1% of the total estate value less the value of any residential property, plus VAT and disbursements |
| Where Chamberlins are the executors of the Will | 1.5% of the total estate value less the value of any residential property, plus VAT and disbursements |
*The exact cost will depend on the individual circumstances of the matter and complexity of the estate.

With a residential property worth £200,000, bank accounts of £100,000 plus probate costs, legal notices and fees and estimated cost is around £2,750.00 – £3,500.00 plus VAT and disbursements.

Where it is not possible to offer a fixed fee, our work will be charged at an hourly rate and we will provide you with a cost estimate.
