Disbursements are third party costs, which are subject to change however, usual disbursements include:

| ID Verification Fee | £16.50 per person |
| Search Fees | £200.00 (approx.) |
| Land Registry Fee | £20.00-£910.00 (depending on property value) |
| Telegraphic Transfer Fee | £30.00 plus VAT |
| Stamp Duty | You can calculate the amount using HMRC’s website or if the property is located in Wales by using the Welsh Revenue Authority’s website. |
We are open and transparent about all our fees, and welcome any requests for information. If we suspect that our original estimate will change, we will advise you immediately as to the new estimate and reasons for the change.
